You agree to use Anotato for lawful purposes only. You may not post content (or links) containing hate speech, harassment, bullying, illegal material, spam, pornography, or defamation of living persons.
Criticism of deceased public figures is permitted, but gratuitously insulting comments about deceased private persons are discouraged and may be removed at our sole discretion.
Automated use is strictly prohibited. You may not use bots, scripts, or scrapers.
Anotato reserves the right to investigate suspected automated activity. If an account is found to be operated by a bot, we reserve the right to limit its functionality, restrict visibility, suspend it, or terminate it without refund.
Anotato is a platform for user-generated content. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or quality of annotations. Views expressed are solely those of the author.
"Create Credits" and "Forward Credits" are virtual items with no monetary value outside the platform. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
